I have known Kalena and her family for years, but it wasn’t until my father had passed away that Kalena came into my life professionally. And professional she is! I needed to sell my father's home in Palo Alto and was interviewing several agents. (Kalena was one of them) I will admit, at first I was a bit nervous about using Kalena since she seemed so young and I questioned her experience. Well after my interviews I clearly knew that Kalena was the right choice. She really knows her trade. Not only was Kalena a joy to work with, but she also made the entire overwhelming process and paperwork much easier to do, and was by my side the entire time. She gave excellent advice on where you should and should not spend your money keeping it within a budget when preparing your home for sale. Kalena handled all potential buyers professionally and was completely honest with me. The sale was a success! After the sale of my dad's home, I was so impressed with Kalena I asked her if she would be interested in being my property manager for a rental I have. We have been working together ever since. When I decide to sell my rental in the future, I will not hesitate to ask Kalena to be the agent. I had extremely specific requirements for what I wanted in my first place, and Kalena always took those into consideration. She was patient and always took the time to explain the process to me, as this was my first experience buying a home. She has great communication skills, always kept me updated on the next steps, and was excellent about keeping ahead of timelines.
